Processing of personal data

In order to be able to fulfil our HR related responsibilities and services, Kinder processes a limited amount of your personal data. The details of the processing can be found here.

  • We use your name and email address to share relevant information about Kinder (i.e. weekly newsletter). Your data will be deleted at termination of your contract.

  • We use your name, address, phone number and bank account to be able to reimburse expenses. Your data will be deleted at termination of your contract.

  • We share your name, address, identity number, data on your performance and absence data with our absence monitoring partner ‘ttif.company’ to process absence related issues. Your data will be stored for 7 years due to tax related laws.

  • We share your name, address, identity number, salary and bank account data with our financial administration partner ‘Het Salariskantoor’ and with the Dutch Tax Administration to process salary payments and tax obligations. Your data will be stored for 7 years due to tax related laws.


You are entitled to know whether we hold personal data about you and, if we do, to have a copy of that information. Furthermore your have the right to data portability and you can request us to correct, update or delete your personal data in our records and/or inform us about any misuse of your personal data.
